We are so pleased to have worked with Chris. Our lead time was short but ever the professional, he discussed ideas and ways of working to meet our deadline and we did it! Loads of great compliments and his work added greatly to our exhibition.
What is the process in creating a mural?
The process to create a hand-drawn mural begins with an initial consultation where we discuss your ideas, themes, and the intended atmosphere for the space. Next, I’ll sketch preliminary concepts based on our conversation, allowing for feedback and adjustments. Once we finalize the design, I’ll prepare the mural area, measuring dimensions and choosing color palettes. After that, I meticulously hand-draw the mural on the wall, layering colors or linework detail to bring the artwork to life. Finally and dependent upon requirements, a protective coating is applied to ensure durability, wrapping up with a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction with the stunning new addition to your space.

That sounds like a great initiative! Engaging kids, communities, team members in creating a mural can foster creativity, teamwork, and a sense of ownership. We’d be happy to brainstorm ideas for themes, characters, story journey plus ways to involve everyone in the process, ensuring that the mural reflects the ownerships unique identity and values.
Can our visitors / customers watch you draw?
That’s absolutely fine with me. Watching others draw is well known to be theraputic and relaxing. So if you’re happy for me to work in your public space; cafe, hospital, play area, or exhibition, you may find people taking time out to watch the transformation of your mural unfold in real-time and often spread the word on social media, so it’s a win win.
